New Beginnings!

I decided to start a blog site. I really liked the idea a couple months ago before i got married but never really followed through.. but now that im a married woman i figured now would be the perfect time. As much as facebook has been good to me, im slowly getting bored of it. So instead of status updates ranging from one word to one sentence multiple times a day.. i guess you guys will just get an essay in one big hit!

As many of you know, i got married August 26th, 2011 in the Draper LDS Utah Temple to the my best friend and the love of my life, Alec Ferguson. Since we sealed the deal about 12 days ago, its been the most wonderful experience ever. He is charming, romantic, affectionate, spiritual and so much more, that i am the luckiest woman to be able to fall asleep next to him at night and wake up to him every morning! You will be seeing a lot of my main man on this blog, since he is my other half :)

Im going to just bombard you with a bunch of pictures to let you know whats been happening the last couple weeks. All of them has been taken on my phone.. for some reason, my camera usb/charger went mysteriously missing so until then, hope these pictures do!

The night before our wedding we had a huge family/extended family dinner function at the Tree Room up at Sundance. The food was to die for, and the area was beautiful. I hope to go back again.. maybe for a special occasion or something!

My baby sister and her soon to be husband! (Yes they are getting married November 19th - so happy for her!)

The day after our wedding we had to stop by our house to grab some stuff for the next night and we came home to piles of gifts and cards from the reception! Everyone has been so generous to us, we are so excited to use everything we got. It definitly felt like Christmas.

For Labor Day Weekend we took a road trip to Boulder, Colorado to visit Ian, Chiyo and the babies! We did make a night stop at Grand Junction since we couldn't leave till after dinner.. which was probably a good idea since an 8 hour drive all night may not be safe. But we got to Boulder early Saturday afternoon and Monday never came so fast! By the time we had to leave, i didnt want to go. I cried in the car! But im excited that we're already planning our next visit - maybe for Thanksgiving! *cross fingers*

In the middle of no where!

Rockin' the shades :)

Hot chocolate in one hand and chips in the other!

He is SUCH a cute baby!

Sunday we went up to the mountains to BBQ and driving back down we saw this cool looking shack/store.. if you look carefully theres a sign that says "pop 75 cents"!

Oh man, i wish i had my camera cord!!! Ugh this makes me so upset because i have a ton of pictures on it that i took over that weekend that i want to put up but i cant :( pray i'll find it!

But on a good note, its almost the weekend! Forgive me if i dont blog every day.. i promise ill try to update as often as i can!
