On Saturday morning my brother came by to drop off a whole bunch of pork that he got from a butcher place (so it is fresh!). Our freezer we have in our garage wasn't plugged in so my brother plugged it in thinking that it will get icy cold within the next couple of hours and the meat was going to be okay.
Tuesday now comes along (which is today) and Alec and I check the freezer cause we want to use some of the pork for tonight's meal. Ready for the bad news?! THE FREEZER WASN'T COLD ENOUGH! No, the setting was set on the coldest...yet the meat smelled horrible, it was soft and ruined!! Now we just lost over $200 worth of perfectly great, delicious, yummy meat all thanks to a stupid freezer made by Fridgidaire. They should refund our meat money since it was their bad manufacturing as to why it went bad.
But of course, being a dumb company, they mostly 99.99% WON'T refund us our meat money except try to fix it. Gahhhh! sometimes technology can kiss my butt!!!
But it's okay though, we're getting over 100 pounds of beef.. and we'll be able to make it once we get our freezer fixed.
