Always love :)

Alec and i went to the temple this morning and even though both of us were resistant to wake up for five minutes after our alarm.. it was all worth it. Nothing is more sweeter of a feeling than being able to go to the temple and feel the spirit. The temple is such a beautiful place. A couple days ago, i was talking to Alec about how lucky we are to have a temple so close to where we live (literally, 5 minutes.. up the street) and how we need to take advantage of this opportunity that we have. We never know if down the road we may need to move and we'll have to travel a longer distance to the temple. Take advantage now!

As i was thinking about what to write (and also keeping a record of the time since i need to make dinner in a couple minutes) i realized that sleep is so important for your health! Since this semester started, i never seem to find enough hours in the day. Some days i take long naps, and i mean.. really long. Other days i'm fine. And then there are some nights where i find it so hard to fall asleep at night without tossing and turning all night. It varies.. but today, i'm just extra extra tired.

But oh well, what can you do!

Speaking of the New Year. How is everyone working on their resolutions? To be honest, i haven't kept mine... i think one of mine was to EAT HEALTHY. I bought a bag of yogurt covered pretzels today lol don't blame me, they're delicious =)

I'm sorry if i don't upload that many photos on here. For some reason (let me know if this happens to you to!) my computer freezes and it slows down and it's almost impossible to change the size of the image. The photos i put on here that are taken directly from my computer are easy to upload.. but the giant files just kill my laptop!

Anyway, tonight's plans are making dinner, doing some homework and then heading to the gym. The gym i find sooo fulfilling and FUN. I made a couple goals:

1. Be able to squat 45 pounds by summer (I can do 30lbs.. as of yesterday)
2. Bench press 35 pounds by summer (some days i can do 25lbs).. it really depends
and
3. Not step on the scale so many dang times!!!!!! <-- not good for the mind haha

I'm working hard, workin' hard!

K well, need to start making dinner now. IT'S FINALLY THE WEEKEND! YES!!!!
